Sugar was watching the ground move away from them, the darkness
seeping in as her eyes grew unable to adjust to the blackness.  As
Bast spoke to her, Sugar's red-tinged eyes looked up carefully.  The
face that looked back was alien, but she didn't react.

Reaching out, Sugar was about to mumble something before Bast's
attention was pulled elsewhere.  Slinking back into the seat, she
tried to get comfortable as the aches on her body made themselves
apparent.
